Jesus Christ 4 grand a year in Albania ? hard to believe you can get paid that badly in Europe. I guess we’ll be seeing a lot of Albanians jump ship if they get into the EU.

I would also like to see how many hours are worked compared to other countries in a normal working day and days worked per year.
The tl;dr seems fairly clear. We don’t have enough teachers and we don’t pay them enough. Hey, do you think there might be a connection between those two points?
Comparing anything to our GDP is pointless.
Who isn’t unhappy about their wages
My missus has two science degree’s and a masters and chooses to teach, who wouldn’t want highly educated well paid staff educating the next generation, it’ll pay off for us in years to come
