Maybe show the whole email, they explain the reasons for it and its only for credit and debit cards… (bank transfer still free)
Who even does this ever? I use direct bank transfers every time.
Yeah pretty sad. Though they have a Swiss IBAN now so you can still load up your account with no fee via a regular bank transfer
