Can someone let me know where I can search for used business cars with 2 seats only?

Normal cars with two seats, not vans or trucks (or super sports cars), are unusual in Germany.
The car you have linked to is not a 2-seater, actually there are no Golf 2-seaters at all. If you have set filters on mobile.de for cars up to 2 seats, it is natural not to get any offers. Maybe try the 2/3-doors filter instead?
