Szczecin (close to west border, about 100km from Berlin), Gdańsk (one of the best preserved city after II WW. If you played Witcher 3 you will see some simmilarities to Novigrad), Poznań (its a city mainly for students, but there are many well-preserved and restored monuments and attractions)
