Probably not since it is a letter about deporting the recipient of the letter. I would assume most people don’t get deported after applying for extended residence permit.

They started sending this letter in 2018 I believe. I got scared af the first time i got it. Is now a part of the procedure so no need to worry. Just fill it up and send it back. You’ll probably get it ever time you renew a permit.
