For a recently graduated masters student, can they give a salary lower than that mentioned on those website.
How is the level decided ? based on qualifications or job/role.
Do masters students automatically get EG-10 or not?
Is Leistungszulage offered mandatorily or is it optional as I have been given 0.
Another question in general – does werkstudent experience have any weightage in salary negotiation?
