Let me get this straight, the 100 km MidCat, whose engineering drawings are complete and can be build on land, takes too long, while a 350 km new pipeline, under water, and not a single engineering item for this project specified yet, will be finished in time to help with the energy supply issues?
The only thing I can say to this is that I am disappointed with Frances performance especially the last months.
