Heavy accent and some errors here and there but he sounds like somebody who has been learning for a year
He has an accent (naturally), and he mixed up the conjugation for a few words, but otherwise this is extremely good Icelandic considering the short time. He’s speaking in complete sentences, he got the grammar more or less nailed down, and his vocabulary is quite impressive.
Very heavy accent and lots of grammatic errors, but very understandable and clear. Incredibly impressive if he only did in a week.
His grammar is amazing! I know people who are fluent in Icelandic as a second language, and still have trouble with conjugation, but he mostly landed on the right cases. Very, very impressive.
Obviously there’s a limit to how much vocabulary you can be exposed to in a week. Honestly that seemed to be the only thing tripping him up!
Really good. Can’t say perfect but if this is what he accomplished in a week, he’d be fluent in a month, probably less
