  1. At that point it’s basically an AirBnB, so the price is only ridiculous, not completely absurd.

  2. How is it not illegal under discrimination laws to advertise or allow strictly women ? I’ll change my gender tomorrow and get a GRC and sue no ?

  3. To be fair if someone had a business trip in that area for that week then that would be considerably cheaper than a hotel. It’s still ridiculous, just a thought.

  4. Everytime I think back to 2009-2012, when I used to rent a 2 beds apartment in Clondlalkin, (great location, whatever you snobs say and 22 was pretty reliable), for €750-900 – I had it so great, apparentlly!

As in I would never in my life survive in Dublin with this prices 10 years ago, nevermind now.
Also my mortgage now is €680 p/m now against the average €2500 rate for the 3/4 bed in the area, which is an absolute shit show.

  5. Someone going on holidays for a week and looking for 600 quid for the use of their room.

What a time to be alive.

  6. So we’re now at the point where we could live in nice hotels in Europe year round for the same price it costs to rent a shit apartment in Dublin. Makes perfect sense.

  7. Might be wrong but to me that looks like it might be Clancy Barracks apartments. If it is then it is owned by Kennedy Wilson who rent all their units and do not allow tenants to sub let, this is in the lease. So if the management company find out Vanessa might find herself homeless when she gets back from her holidays

  8. The pillows alone are worth 400, bargain. Not to mention the 1500 thread count Egyptian cotton duvet…cozy af
