fazer suklaalehti, you can always stick two together to get almost similar since those have one side cookie.
I think [this](https://www.foodie.fi/entry/767/maitosuklaakuorrutteinen-keksi/6415712702083) might be a bit similar. There are similar cookies by other brands too, but I don’t remember any names and this one was the first I found when googling.
You can find quite similar ones from Lidl
