It’s a mistake, mark my words.
Must be fun for a Armenian to rent an apartment right now. Usually it’s the first thing to go up with major influxes of people like this.

Isn’t Armenia helping Russia avoid sanctions to some extent?
Strange that Turkey’s GDP didn’t explode with that influx of millions of doctors and engineers a couple of years ago.
