Youth Exchange in Gdynia, Poland, themed “Virus on the Job Market.”

The purpose of the project was to discuss the impact of COVID-19 on youth employment as well as the requirements of the younger generation with regard to unemployment, inactivity, and discouragement.
Participants came from Turkey, Greece, the Czech Republic, Spain, Poland, Lithuania, and Turkey.

We’ve been talking about and acting out various issues that could come up at work during this conversation. We identified novel, unresolved issues that various individuals faced, generated ideas for fixes, and consistently worked together in multicultural, international groups that enabled us to view them from various angles. We brought up several unfair conditions that employees frequently encounter, but we also understood that it is never simple for employers to make decisions

The non-formal learning strategy assisted us in establishing a welcoming and secure environment where everyone felt comfortable expressing their ideas and opinions. We’ve been promoting fresh perspectives and having real conversations about things like prejudice, injustice, and discrimination in the workplace. We have been interacting with participants from other nations while also conducting research, conducting polls, and putting together presentations. As a result, we assisted one another in learning English and finding adaptability.

This youth exchange gave me the opportunity to collaborate and work on a subject that interests me right now with people who share the same ideals and values as I do, in addition to making friends and traveling to a place I’ve never been to.

Even now that you are at home. I got to hang out with the people I experienced something wonderful with

  1. It’s better to put text in a comment and tell people in the title about it, I think it cut some text there too.
