It seems to be standard practice for universities to sweep sexual assaults under the rug, you hear about the same situation on campuses all over the country.
A friend of mine was raped by a classmate and not only did the university do nothing about it, they wouldn’t even allow her to study from home. Insisted that she attend the classes with her rapist.
