Since the EU is now frantically trying to opt out of russian energy, it is not surprising that there is such an increase in Solar. It is cheaply produced in China and can be (relatively) quickly and easily installed in Europe (Edit: unless of course in the case of Germany, but this is a another story…).
If they are one of the major producer of solar panels we can’t to much in the short term, I know in Italy they are going to build a big solar panel industry but in the meantime the market is what it is
