  1. Never liked mint flavor filled chocolate. Too strong for me. There are a gazillion other flavors to try, so why would I torture myself?

  2. Never tried that. Mint flavored chocolate is not really popular here. It’s more an anglosphere countries thing in my experience.

  3. I didn’t know there was a hate for mixing chocolate and mint. So what are your thoughts on mint ice cream with chocolate pieces?

    Because I think it’s a beauty 😗👌

  4. Godiva is Belgium based because that’s good for marketing, but it’s Turkish owned and they also have factories in Turkey, UK and USA, making the majority of their products for international stores. Belgians in average don’t like mint chocolate.

  5. Please, don’t even eat this shit. Mint-chocolate is a joke. And there’s better than Godiva when it comes to chocolate (even though it’s already good).

  6. I hate mint in food with a passion, except for fresh mint. Even then, I honestly don’t buy most of it. I knew one place that made an amazing mint lemonade, but other than that, I’m very with ya in that I don’t understand why the heck you’d eat something that tastes like toothpaste.

  7. Belgian here, and I ff-ing love the combination of mint with chocolate! Then again I love mint with absolutely anything: most fruit, some vegetables. For some reason mint in Belgium is only used in two things: toothpaste and chewing gum. And sometimes the odd mint tea.

But keep that so called Belgian Godiva shit out of my sight…

  8. Leonidas and Côte d’or are good, if you can find them.

Although Leonidas sort of has to be freshly made. So I’d go with Côte d’or.

  9. Wow didn’t know so many people hate mint + chocolate combo. Personally I don’t think it tastes like a toothpaste it’s delicious.

  10. I didn’t even know they made mint flavoured chocolate, but as someone who *despises* mint I can only assume how awful this must taste.
