Such a sad end to the story. I live in Milton Keynes and this story has been ever present here since she went missing. It’s hard to go into a shop and not see that missing poster.
Her brother committed suicide like a year after her disappearance too. This whole thing has just been an awful tragedy I wouldn’t wish on anyone.
Maybe this will bring a small amount of peace to her family, just a shame it didn’t for her poor brother.
As someone who used to live in Milton Keynes, this is extraordinarily sad for this to be the outcome. Especially considering what the family went through post her disappearance. I’d be interested to know how they came to find what they did at that particular property. Either way, not the outcome so many people were hoping for.
There was a photo of a girl they thought might have been Leah walking by furzton lake on the day she disappeared, which is just by this road. Hopefully at least the family can get some answers and justice, having suffered so much.
So who lived at that house? Someone politically protected?
