I posted this article earlier and it was removed because breaking news isn’t an approved publication, however when I asked for it to be reinstated I was sent a link to a wlr piece on it and told I could post that article.
Thats one I’ve posted now, it’s still a breaking news article, it’s the same article.
It’s hard to know what truly happened with this case. If he had stabbed him in the bedroom as he said then I don’t think he should be found guilty of either manslaughter or murder. That would be grounds for self defence would it not?
Generally if you try to break into someone’s home while they’re there, globally, universally, things will end badly.
There was a million other things this chap could’ve done that night.
