I prefer Android for phone. However nothing beats ipad and MacBook. I’d switch if there were good alternatives.
iOS runs just on iPhones; Android is an OS that runs on decent, bad, shitty, ugly, expensive, cheap, b0rked phones.
Decision to use android mostly boils down to economical reasons, especially in some countries.
We’re so deep in the Apple architecture, it feels like sheer torture whenever we try to use something else. We’re lifers in this household. Shit just works, as long as you stay inside the Apple environment.

I have both. Android in private, iOS at work. Couldn’t care less about fighting… Both working fine for everyday use. Same same but different.
I switched back to apple last year, after using android for over 10years.
If they will release another mink iphone for their 16 or 17 version I will definitely stay with ios.

Used to have iOS from 2010~2014. Switched to Android (i.e. phones like Samsung that run on Android) as they seem way more durable than iPhones

Apple products are dirt cheap in CH in comparison to many European countries. Sometimes the difference for the same phone could be up to 500 euros for the same entry level model.
