  1. I think it’s pretty cool that a Swiss brand is ranked as world’s top 10 instant noodles, considering instant noodles first became popular in Asia. which is likely also why the other brands on this list are all Asian

  2. They have them in the Indian import section here in Canada. I bought one because “wtf Maggi?” and they were pretty good from what I remember.

I also bought Maggi seasoning once that was decent but certainly no Aromat. And I saw a Maggi store in Prague a few years ago, but it was closed.

  3. Maggi is super popular in India. I used to work for an indian employer. they often brought indian business clients over to Switzerland. I was dumbfounded when I saw their indian Maggi products. They also didn’t know its a swiss product.

  4. You can get it any Indian store in Switzerland. Try it once, it’s very different from the Maggi we get in Switzerland.

  5. I never realised Maggi was swiss. It’s such a staple of Asian food stores and Asian cooking that I just assumed it was Asian.

Had never seen or heard of it being used for anything else til I came here

  6. My girlfriend who’s parents are Indian, eats Maggi Masala when she’s ill. She adds some ghee or butter to make them more creamy.

  7. My husband loves this stuff. He spent his teen years in India, surviving on mostly maggi masala with added cheese. Still his go-to comfort food, and it must be “fake” cheese.
