Yes I feel extremely sorry for the baby and the accident that happened to the family but for fucks sake where’s the personal responsibility?
10 million for a mild disability, well functioning child, no requirement of home care etc. Wow.

Were the parents charged with endangering the child’s life? Car seats are not an option, they are legally required.
I take it the father died also, which is tragic, but it’s wreckless to hold a child in your arms in a car.
