Pretty much confirmation that prices have leveled off. Will be interested to see where they go now with rising interest rates set against today’s announcement from the Central Bank.
I don’t think the measures are enough to lift prices at this time, I think they’ll just act to support them at the current levels and limit significant drops. The interest rate rises are by far the stronger driver.

As m estate agent prices have fallen already and the market in many areas is very quite
Id say there will be very few properties coming to the market between now and Christmas. If I was a seller I’d definitely be waiting for that extra buying power that will be unleashed in January.
