So some people lose nearly 100 a week.
I’m glad they mentioned taxi drivers, I was worried self employed people wouldn’t be able to access welfare as easily this time around
The new rate of €150 doesn’t make any sense. If someone works part time and loses their job they can apply for jobseekers and receive €203/week.. why would they opt for the lower PUP rate?
So why is it not a % of your previous salary like in any west EU country?
