Interesting, my grandma always used to add rice to the meat filling, but this looks pretty good. Although it might be a bit too close to meatballs.
May not be exactly what I grew up with, but looks good. Well done, keep trying different recipes until you find the one. I like beef/pork/rice filling, and season with salt/pepper/Italian seasoning/onion/garlic powder. I make them a little larger, pack tight in baking dish and bake at 400 for about an hour. Mine are close in taste to what I grew up on, and I have been making them and evolving all my recipes for many years. My kids and wife live em too. Smacnego
I’m pretty sure that the sauce should not be prepared separately. The gołąbki should boil in it, so that the cabbage is not balnd like it’s just boiled i water and that’s it. Few dried forest mushrooms in the sauce would also add a lot. Also. The inside looks very solid – probably needs more rice 🙂
Other than that, looks like a good attempt. A solid 7/10 🙂

The meat looks weird (never even heard about gołabki from beef meat) also the cabbage is very light in colour (you should boil them in a sauce not making sauce separately)I hope it was delicious tho.
am i the only one that doesn’t like gołąbki ?
Looks spot on, I recommend some mashed potatoes with Golabki.
