  1. Brexit was the biggest mistake they ever made. It’s made everything worse and the decline doesn’t seem to be slowing down.

  2. Their policies leave a lot to be desired, and they were both born with a silver spoon, but is quite remarkable that soon Ireland and the UK will both have leaders of Indian heritage.

  3. I’m assuming Mordaunt has been offered something nice to step aside and speed up the replacement process – politics 101

  4. I’d be very wary of a man who idolises Margaret Thatcher and claims she is the blueprint he wishes to follow

  5. I mean he is more realistic about their outlook but the tories are a very divided group right now. I am quite delighted that Boris is a has-been right now, offering the other candidates a deal to try and get in. Talk is cheap though, especially from politicians and even more so from tories, will need to see what actions he takes. I used to live in the UK and have family there, a lot of them want a change but they also want the crisis-drama to end.

  6. Wild that both Ireland and the UK are now governed by the children of Indian immigrants.

Although Rishi is a practicing Hindu and Leo is nonreligious and was raised Catholic.
