Attached is a picture with a case study BTW that’s really difficult for us.
My partner could really use some help preparing for an exam.
Who has some knowledge on this subject and can help us with information?
It would be greatly appreciated!

Youll probably get more help if you show here what you already figured out and where you are stuck. Nobody will do the entire exercise from scratch for you
Not an accountant or vat expert, and very curious about where this question is coming from. But as a self employed person for 20 years: it sounds like a trick question cause they cannot go back so far in time and this question is irrelevant.
Ddisclaimer: not an accountant
These seem like rather straight forward questions that should be answerable using your books. Or by basic googling, i think with my answers she might get 50%.
– are there any rules btw/tax wise on sales to EU nationals ( or can they request / wave vat? Or can they get reduced vat that you would need to fill in forms for?) Or do car sales to EU nationals / foreigners require extra paperwork ( i would gueess the purchaser has to deal with the ‘import’, not the salesman. )
* My gut tells me that theres not much you have to do with regards to the sale to french people, they might be working and living in belgium. But if they will register the car in france there’s some tax forms

Second question has to be a qtraight copy paste from your books concerning second hand sales by a company.
Or maybe she can figure it out from:
