  1. Of course it will, but that’s the point. They want people to have the personal responsibility to make those decisions rather than the government.

    unless it’s something they object to or can’t make money off then they will tell you if you can’t do it or not.

  2. You could just as easily put it the other way, that you are risking freedom by the ideological position that government should be used to pressure citizens into being healthy.

  3. The NHS is being crippled by lifestyle diseases but people do not want to admit that they are making bad decisions that increase their risks of developing them. Smoking, sugar, alcohol, being sedentary etc.; it is all killing people and straining the health service unnecessarily. It’s not being a nanny state to set those risks out in plain English and make it easier for people to live healthier lives.
