Hey all. I need to bake a batch of many, small (3 ish bites.) korvapuusti (Finnish cinnamon and cardamom rolls) for my class. I need about 50 to 55 of them, and want them to be just like the real thing, but only a few bites. I have previously had success with the full size ones from cooks illustrated [https://www.americastestkitchen.com/cooksillustrated/recipes/14294-kanelbullar-swedish-cinnamon-buns](https://www.americastestkitchen.com/cooksillustrated/recipes/14294-kanelbullar-swedish-cinnamon-buns), but thought they needed a little more cinnamon filling. Any ideas on how to scale this batch and adjust to make 50 little ones? Thank you loads!
