That’s fine. Put in a statue version instead. Having heard her earlier it seems the animal rights argument is just a smokescreen. She was then on about inclusivity. If you don’t like a festival or tradition then don’t partake and leave it to others that value it.

Never seen one with live animals in Ireland, have seen it in other countries but this seems very very low on the list of things you would change if you wanted to prevent animal cruelty.
Not super different to a petting zoo really. I dont think its the same as exotic animals being made participate in circus tricks. They just sit/stand there.
Fair, no place for animals. They should be out grazing freely without being exploited in any way anyway
