  1. I must admit to having my doubts about Rishi, but seeing him there in a hospital with his tie tucked into his shirt like a doctor would, I now realise that he cares deeply about the NHS.

Next thing he needs to do is dress up as a construction worker, with a high viz jacket and safety helmet and I will know he cares very deeply about industry.

Come on Rishi, what are you going to dress up as next (you twat)?

  2. They’ll never pay Nurses more because otherwise how will they justify not paying anyone else more?

“Why should we pay x/y/z enough to be able to live when we could be paying Nurses more” followed by not paying them more is like the first thing in the Tory “make sure everyone has shit wages” playbook.

  3. I’d feel utterly humiliated to get talked down to like that from an old women in hospital for being a lying bastard. Since Tories are incapable of feeling shame I doubt he’s actually going to listen.

    Trying hard my arse.

  4. Where does it end though? We can’t afford the triple lock. The country is skint all the money on making the country a better place just evaporates

  5. The last time an old woman confronted a political leader on the problems in society her address was publicised and she gots loads of death threats, so I’ve got to wonder what the key difference is here.

  6. If they put nurses wages up they’re also putting everybody that works in the NHS wages up, would be some right coin

  7. To be fair, the Tories did manage to stop children being treated on hospital floors that seemed to be occurring in the run up to the last election

  8. Yearly salary for a HCA is around £20000 and Rishis tax dodging wife dodged £20m, literally Rishi is saying his wife is worth 1000 people for a year.

  9. After being confronted by a patient to pay the nurses more, the PM stated that he’s going to “take that away”… as if they hadn’t already had so much taken off them.
