I really think the lesson here is that if you’re not funny, just don’t bother with doing political satire in the papers. You’re like one of those retired men who ring liveline to read the poem they’ve spent countless hours on.
In fairness there was far too many people delivering mixed messages. The government run the country not NPHET so needed to be done. Ridiculous headline though
