  1. 1. As someone already said, there is no language called “Viking”

    2. If you possible mean that “Viking” is the same as in Nordic runes, then it’s not written in runes.

  2. >Supposed to be in viking

What? You mean the letters are futhark? Yea some of them are. But that is not a language, that is just a different alphabet like Cyrillic. Also “viking” is not a language.

  3. the stuff on your fingers is gibberish afaik and the circle on your hand is (mostly) the (half fcked up) futhark…and some gibberish.

  4. Everyone in Sweden can read rune writing.

It says “Ég hafr á lítinn snórre.”
Your mans got a small peepee.

    /s

  5. Some of those symbols are Viking letters (runskrift). The large one is a pretty famous rune made for protection, but most of the runes on the fingers are not Viking runes. Probably from a video game or something.

  6. Older Futhark I believe

It says : EML diamond* ODFUTHARKGWHNISIPYSTB

    Give or take.

*don’t know if it’s an variation of the letter N

  7. There are some letters which resemble Nordic runes, however most seem to be either just randomly plucked from any runic alphabet or even made up entirely

  8. I’m not an expert but those doesn’t look like runes on the fingers. You’ve just been using a pen for that.

  9. There is definitely *some* random norse runes there (not all of them are). Doesnt mean shit tho and viking isnt a language

  10. I guess it’s the Norse version of a “Chicken with rice” tattoo. Or worse since it’s pretty much only listing the alphabet plus some scribbles that isn’t even that 🙁

My condolences to the one with the tattoo.

  11. It says: “LOL this guy paid a lot of money for gibberish”

In Viking of course. Trust me, I’m a professional.

  12. As most people have already said: there is no language called “viking”. Old norse is a thing though. The older and younger futharks are a thing. And then there are alot of non-scandiavian runes. And of course alot of modern bullshit runic systems.

And the “vegvisir” aint a viking symbol. It is christian mysticism. The earliest known source is the Solomon’s Testament. A 15th century English manuscript, currently kept in the British Library. It is believed to have come to Iceland from England sometime since. And it was “popularized” in 1860 with the Icelandic book the Huld Manuscript, which.. is making alot of unsubstantiated claims.

  13. Du har några äkta tecken på fingrar, o ”bokstäver” kompasen har en hel text men tror de blandade nya med gammla 16/24 tecknen. Orkar inte leta böcker.. googla vettja.

  14. Looks like the top row says “love wins”, second row a bit more unclear. It just looks like someone is trying to “stylize” normal english

  15. I read runes and everything he got on his fingers are fake runes except 1 and a few resembles real runes. The circular thing is the vegvisir with the elder futhark alphabet around it

  16. Lol is that a fcking anchor on the bottom right? 100% sure that’s not in any runic alphabet I’ve ever seen.
