Watching the film with the kids, does anyone remember these stickers from Kelloggs?

  1. That’s a blast from the past! Was definitely a couple of sets of these stuck to bunk beds etc in our house. Glow in the dark too iirc.

  2. Damn things scared the crap out of me one night. I had to sleep in my old bedroom. In the middle of the night, I woke up, looked around in the dark and nearly shit myself when I saw a dim glow in the corner of the room. Snap on the light, can’t see anything in the corner. Turn it off, the glow is back.

Turns out I had left a tiny piece of one of those stickers on the wall, just enough to light up and be seen in the dark but small enough that you’d miss it unless you were looking for it.

  3. I can’t believe I’m looking at these again! I had them up in my bedroom when I was little, and I absolutely loved them. Thank you for posting!

  4. Yes! Thought they were the coolest thing. I was over in the states but in Ireland for summers and they didn’t have these or the cereal boxes over there.

  5. put one on the inside of the door (between the door and the frame, so you had to open the door all the way to see) to my 1st daughter’s room. Seemed like a sneaky place for it. She never caught it. My second kiddo did though, in the middle of the night, and gave a shout.

Was not worth the chuckle once the wife realized what I’d done.

  6. And it took AGES til you got a cereal packet that had the coveted sticker with Casper himself, rather than the others!

  7. Yep. They were glow in the dark weren’t they?

Also the T2: Judgement Day stickers. They had a blue border on them. Came in a foil pack that would also have a stick of pink gum in it 😁

  8. A house we viewed six years ago still had them on one of the wardrobes, in what I presume was the children’s bedroom.

  9. I swear I hid a few of these randomly stuck on walls around the home place. Guaranteed it’ll be found one day. Nice blast from the past
