Illegal parties in venues that lack security regulations or that take place in areas without permission causing inconvenience are prohibited in all countries that have a minimum of laws. Illegal parties cannot be held in Spain either, regardless of the color of the government in charge. It seems that the opposition is looking for ridiculous excuses to cry.

The biggest problem with this is that the law is extremely vague on what define a rave.

Anyone who “organizes or promotes the invasion” is “punishable by imprisonment of three to six years and a fine of 1,000 to 10,000 euros.”
