Never heard of eggbread but the pyttipannu, cucumber and milk is good.
Swedish plate more like. We even call that pyttipannu (Swedish pytt i panna)

Looking good. But have you thought about cracking the egg into the pan and mixing it in the pyttipannu few minutes before serving so it cooks through? That is some traditional culinary experience. (And kinda controversial because half of people won’t accept this method. But it is still good)
