This is exactly what Italians voted for. Can’t say I’m surprised by any of this. Don’t forget that the two junior parties in her government (lega & forza) are both sympathetic to Putin. This is just par for the course, reprehensible as it may be.
I just hope this government won’t fall within 9 months. With all the chaos currently haunting Europe the last thing we need is another dysfunctional Italian government.
