This Saturday I will visit Bucarest. I read that I need to fill [this form](https://chestionar.stsisp.ro/start), but I have to point out a place where to stay in case of self-quarantine.

In your opinion, do I have to write the hotel I will stay even if I have no idea if I could really stay there?

Thank you.

ps. If you have some suggestions I will gladly accep it.

pps. I’m Italian, do you know what document number I should write as “national ID number”?

  1. Of course you write down the hotel. What do you mean no idea you can really stay there? Are you planning on sleeping in the street?

You write down what ever ID number is on what ever official Italian ID document you have. Do you think you are going to enter without any identification?

Yes. If you will need to self-quarantine and need to change hotels you call them and tell them. That is all.

  3. There’s an English version for that form as well, if it’s easier for you. If you’re traveling with your passport, use the passport number or, if you have an ID card, use that number. Both are fine.

You’ll need document where you’re going to stay and I suggest being sure of the address before coming here, as shit might hit the fan with the new Covid variant and you might need to quarantine.

Also, a piece of advice, fill in that form asap; I had issues with getting the confirmation code on a UK phone number, I had to use a friend’s romanian number to be able to fill in the form.

    Enjoy your visit to Romania!

  4. Why do you think about quarantine if you are vaccinated? And if you are not, why do you want to spend your vacation time locked in a hotel room in a foreign country?
