South London school issues anti-mugging manual after pupils ‘targeted by moped gang’

1. What would the manual look like? Don’t bring valuables to school and bring a basic phone if you really need to.

2. Does anybody live in London who has the option not to? Why would you live there? Why would any normal family bring their children up there?

3. I don’t get it.. can the manual be used as a weapon or something.. or are you gonna politely inform the moped gang that what they are doing is morally wrong according to this here manual
