Won’t they implode the minute they cross into Ireland? the most staunch of the staunch, the irish air will kill them
The idea that what are basically low level drug dealers in the present day have the capabilities to carry out a campaign of political terrorism on any real scale is laughable. Some moron was planning to call in a bomb threat or something no doubt, they don’t deserve publicity.
Whoever painted that “mural” is a shite artist lol. My bro’s got the forehead of the century

You’ve got to laugh at lads in this thread who think Loyalists couldn’t shoot up a police station or post office. Totally disconnected from reality.
Complex planning, achieving any of their goals? No.
Random small-scale attacks? Absolutely.
Hop on the train to Connolly, leave your rucksack in an advantageous place, back to the station for a pint in Madigans, hop on the train to Belfast.

Lol, the guy on the left looks dopey af
If unionists want to ensure a Sinn Fein majority north and south for the next 20 years, this would be a great course of action.
Ah The Belfast Telegragh , great for when you’re stuck for bog roll
Aye, dead on!! 🤣
Yes but, the Irish women’s football team
Firstly, I sincerely doubt that any attack was planned in the first place. And by planned, I mean past the point of talking shite with your mates over a few cans and a Chinese takeaway.
Loyalist paramilitary sabre-rattling around the protocol is starting to sound a little desperate at this point. It reminds me of ISIS propaganda from a few years back.
Every time some lone nutter carried out an attack in mainland Europe, ISIS claimed credit in a bid to convince the public they posed a viable threat overseas. If a cat had kittens in Antwerp, ISIS would claim responsibility…
The Loyalist paramilitaries are pretty much playing the same game. Dad’s Army are only kicking off because custom checks on goods coming in from Britain are making it far more difficult to smuggle drugs into Northern Ireland.
They don’t have any serious level of public support outside of working-class Loyalism because everyone knows exactly what they’re up to and since Brexit, Northern Ireland is actually faring better under the protocol than England, Scotland, and Wales.
I’ve seen better displays of staunchness. As harsh as it sounds, I’d only rate this one 2 burnt out buses out of five.
“Grrr, somebody hold me back…
hello?.. anybody?..”
They couldn’t get out of East Belfast to carry out an action without MI5 planning it for them. Little chance of them ending up down here doing anything, some poor fucker minding his own business or having a pint might be in trouble though
Children being totally outclassed at every turn. What do they think is going to happen if they kick off? I’m embarrassed for them
They only ever attack anywhere with intelligence given to them. Imagine the thick bastards trying to do something like this on their own? Bunch of attention seeking inbreds.
Irish Republic…not very good editorial styling is it? Given the official guidance is Ireland for the state, possibly Republic of Ireland if needed to clarify.
And yet still, when you live abroad everyone has heard of the IRA but no one knows what UVF or similar is
Ok, question. When the PIRA announced they were quitting there were huge demands, and rightly so, for weapon decommissioning. The idea being that it would be way more difficult to restart a campaign of violence with so many weapons destroyed.
Did the loyalists not have to go through a similar process of weapon decommissioning? Because surely, if they did, attacks like the one planned would be much more difficult?
Also, there’s something a bit weird about saying “oh yeah bro, we were totally going to attack but then we didn’t”. It has very much the energy of a guy being like “oh yeah I totally could have beaten the shit out of that guy who was slagging me off but I decided against it”.
In terms of timing if Loyalists did an attack right now it would have the exact opposite effect. Like it would break the GFA, bring out all new violence from the other side and this time the British government can’t play favourites. It would be a cascading self-own where they would ensure they are wiped out.
Seeing more NI content than usual these past few days
Anyways this is worrying but loyalists honestly aren’t a threat anymore, no one supports their cause and they’ll be left behind as times change
How would the nio know all this unless they are in contact with active terrorist units?
Is there a high ranking loyalist in the ear of the nio telling them plans?
If they really were going to attack anyone why would they not keep that a secret?
Lol they did yeah
Nice people the DUP.
Was it because they didn’t have enough bus fare for a return?
Tiocfaidh ar la
I am pro uniting the country, but people scoff at me when I say Loyalists will start attacking deep into the south if they sense any danger to their “way of life”.
There is never going to be a clean way of claiming back what is rightfully ours and trust they are like cockroaches we are never going to get rid of them.
Now now, everyone knows only the IRA and anyone who sings rebel songs are terrorists.
Weird that the writer is able to have chats with terrorists. How are they doing that without state collusion?
