There are layers here that are lost on me. So far as I can glean:
>!Abusive husband who died. Kids left the nest. She has a psychotic break leading to delusions and hallucinations. This happens over an unknown period of time (due to jump to Christmas). One of the kids gets her to babysit while unaware of her mental state. Granny cooks the baby!<
Did I miss anything? Or miss the plot point completely?
Very unsettling throughout. Well done to the filmmakers.
