She oversaw a regime at the Department of Work and Pensions that was beyond repugnant and, frankly, callous in its approach.
Mercifully she wasn’t given the chance to wreck havoc with the Health service, other than to impose her diktat on the oxford comma and to seemingly brag about handing out prescription medication to friends and relatives without due care and attention.
Fuck only knows the damage her ineptitude will cause in this role.
