    My diagnosis and eventual treatment I have been told is very typical. Nine years from first going to the doctors to receiving biological treatment which have relived the symptoms to a manageable level.

  2. FYI, consumption of processed and red meats is associated with an increase risk of rheumatoid arthritis, and several studies have shown that the adoption of a plant-based diet can help alleviate and manage symptoms.

  3. Not surprised. Stress and pollution are getting worse, the average person’s ability to buy decent food is decreasing, and together these could send inflammatory diseases rocketing. Doesn’t help that most people are overweight or obese now.
