if it’s in a train, my take is that the guy who made it wants people to just shut up and be quiet. in busy trains people are tired of hearing people doing their meetings (teams calls etc.) in trains or in mornings you’ll have the happy hiking crowd mixing in with the commuters which is sooo tiring.
