Jesus, they must hate street lamps and telephone poles.
>Earlsfield
So a posh part of South London
>Wandsworth Council
With a Tory council
>Reasons for refusal were because of the mast being “visually discordant, unsympathetic and of intrusive scale and design that would result in excessive clutter in the street scene”.
>Planning documents said: “The equipment would also result in an imposing and overbearing impact on the amenity of nearby residents and would impact the quality of the local play area.”
So it’s plain NIMBYism rather than “concerns” about 5G.
Can we all agree to not upgrade these areas to 6G/7G etc in the future either so we can all laugh at them in 10-20 years when they start to complain about having slow internet speeds.
Better turn off the local electricity supply for a few weeks just to make sure…

How hard a slap do you need to have to accomplish such a feat?
In my area they were going to build one on the corner of the vast school playing field, yet it was cancelled due to safety of pupils????? Who are probably all glued to the little transmitters in their hands all day.
We don’t get mobile signal inside now thanks to scared nimbys
Imagine if they only knew how their homes’ wireless network works
