It is a shame for businesses to have to pay a 50% of salary as hiring bonus to the hired people.
Can’t be right, been told for years mass EU immigration doesn’t force down wages…yet here we are, almost 8% increase in wages for new starters and new starter bonuses everywhere. I have a van for my wedding business, totally thinking about starting up couriering too, local company is offering new starters £1000 no questions asked, easy money.
