I would very much like to know who this actress is! I am not actually interested in information about this actress, but just about every tv show and movie related site on the internet claims that this is an actress that I am creating an info site about.
I know this sounds kinda vague, but for the sake of unbiased answers, I would like to hold out on telling you who people THINK this is in the hopes that the real name of this actress comes up, proving my claim that this is not who people say it is.
This screenshot is from a French television series in the early 2000s, presumably recorded in 2001, so the actress in this picture is about 20 years older by now.
