I never knew Reddit posts counted as articles but ya learn something new everyday. Apparently some Laois people are sensitive about their towns being thought of as shitholes. They’re forgetting that the same can be said for most small towns in Ireland.
Maybe if they put the depressing people *inside* the depressing buildings the town would only be half as depressing.
It’s hilarious that Jason McInerney’s response to “Your buildings are shite” was basically “No they’re not. Our town’s lovely…and I’m not talking about the buildings.”
