I always felt I encounter surprisingly little Ukrainians on the internet despite having quite a big population, I guess this picture kind of explains why.
I wonder how many fellow italians answered negatively because they consider social media something different than “the internet”
Why are the classes grouped so sporadically? They vary from 15 to 5% in range…
There is data for Kosovo?
There’s not much else to do here
Lol fucking Groningen, of course
I get why West-Flanders is slightly lower than Brabant+Limburg but no idea why East-Flanders, one of the more urbanized and rich regions of the country, is lower.
How the hell do you avoid “the internet”?!
Portugal is balkan confirmed.
Italy can into eastern europe.
It’s interesting looking at Germany and seeing it split between East and West with Berlin being there as a small anomaly, qlmost reminiscent of a cold War scenario but for percentage internet usage
On the other hand 95% of Bulgarians own a TV 🤔
Fairly certain that these 10% who don’t use Internet here in Estonia are either toddlers or 90+ old seniors. It’s pretty much impossible for everyone else to live without the Internet. Many companies and government institutions don’t even have paper records anymore and everything is done online by default. I signed documents for buying flat a few weeks ago, and to have signed paper copies of documents was an additional 30eur fee, while online documents were made for free.
Italy, u there?
Probably in Spain people don’t count using Whatsapp as using Internet… otherwise I don’t understand the low numbers.
Classic East Midlands… probably explains why most other Brits deny its existence XD
Cant be true.. in east Gernany everyone use Telegram to plan kill attaempts against politicians
This map makes absolutely no sense to me. I find countries like Bulgaria, Romania and Poland, with which I do lots of business, to be far more internet “savvy” than here in Germany.
This is ofc anecdotal evidence, and I usually believe Eurostat, but this just doesn’t sit well with me. At all.
Kosovo can into Western Europe
Boy, a lot of Romanians sure do love using VPNs
what was messured and how?
I can guess.
google, facebook andor amazon add-ids per person?
register of direct messaging app subscriber (no sms)?
telefone survey?
devices hitting dns server per person? openDNS or Cloudflair?
etc.
every one of this will have a differend result.
I guess that weird ochre colour for Moldova means “no data”, right? Either this or they’re in the 100-120 % category.
Wtf? There’s ppl who don’t use the internet everyday??
Groningen can into Belgium.
Wish I used it less, but addiction
Good luck living in Sweden not using the internet when you can’t park your car without an app.
