Be ready for the outbreak of supplier companies never changed my bank details even though I didn’t tell them or BOI/AIB/PTSB aren’t setting up a new account for me in less than 5 mins even though I ignored 6 months or more of notice
Amazed myself by doing it all online, just one short call to the Ulster bank helpline. Hint for everyone; you cannot transfer a credit card account, you shut it down and start a new one.
If I have no money and no direct debits etc in the account does it even matter if I close it or not?
