This will be the second flood of that area already and it’s only just November yet. I haven’t heard anything about the proposed flood defense wall or tidal barrier for a while, I wonder if they are still going to go ahead?

After last month where the banks were overflowing into the river, this month the river strikes back…
No need to worry, Cork floats.
I mean, it’s been raining here for 3 weeks solid. I think there’s only been 2 or 3 ‘not-raining-outright’ days here over the past 21 days.
So. Lots of water everywhere.
Let’s hope the ESB Inniscarra hydro plant doesn’t release too much water this week
