The HSE sent another individuals non redacted mental health records to me in error. I’ve been following up with the DPO and officials in the HSE for over a year and they ignore my emails. I have since posted the documents to the patient. HSE just trying to cover their ass

Until they actually invest in a proper cyber security plan this will keep happening, these were the same people hiring a cyber security director for 85k, in the private space that type of role is 120k +, what incentive does someone really have to join the HSE when private positions are much more lucrative even outside of the director level roles.
